The system models and halden, bohr effects, happened in the membrane redoxy potential three state dependent 9 stepped full cycle of proton conductance in the human body

By our suggestion, the Halden, Bohr effects have implemented within Eight stage of 9 staged full closed cycle of proton conductance-located in the Respiring tissues -capillary blood which are existed around 87 trillion cells, Pulmonary circuit, where occurred oxygen unloading under effect of increased bicarbonate exit by bicarbonate/chloride ion shift mechanism, leading to increase of protons released from NADH, FADH, reduced KoQ resulting to entry of protons to erythrocyte membrane surroundings, which are inseparable parts– basic components of the System models of the Human body, including

Gizipro as an application tool providing Indonesian small industry (umkm) for calculating a nutrition value of food product

One of the marketing strategies for UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah) food products is information of the its nutritional value. A food packaging are required to inform the product name, weight of package, list of constituent materials, & the nutritional value. Calculation of nutritional value can be carried out in the laboratory and manually using the Indonesian Food Composition Table by considering the number of constituent ingredients.

Method development and validation for analysis of residual solvents in budesonide by hs-gc

Residual solvents are organic volatile impurities which are harmful to environment as well as human health. The analysis of such solvents is an important part in maintaining the quality of drug. A number of analytical methods are available for such analysis but most of them are restricted to low detection limits or lack of accuracy. Gas chromatography is one of the widely used method for such analysis due to more accuracy and high detection limits.

Studies acoustic and refractive behaviour of the binary mixture of 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate with 1- butanol at 303.15 k

Densities and speeds of sound and their excess properties for 1-butyl-3- methylimidazolium Hexafluorophosphate (Bmim) (PF6) with 1-Butanol over the entire range of mole fraction are reported at temperature 303.15 K and atmospheric pressure. Isentropic and excess isentropic compressibility for ionic liquid with 1-Butaanol were calculated from the experimental results. The excess values are fitted to the Redlich−Kister polynomial equation to estimate the binary coefficients and standard error between the experimental and calculated values.

Immune regulation by plant melatonin: a review

The basic structure of melatonin is evolutionarily conserved. Hence, it was speculated that melatonin may be present in different animals (from unicellular to multi-cellular) and even in plants. Melatonin in plans is generally regarded as phyto-melatonin. Like the role of melatonin in animals, phyto-melatonin can perform a number of functions like attenuation of apoptosis, prevention of free radical generation, protection against UV irradiation etc. But, unlike phyto-estrogen, the role of phyto-melatonin in animals is totally an unexplored area.

Dna binding and antimicrobial studies on bivalent transition metal complexes with 2, 4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde-2-picolylamine

Bivalent transition metal [Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II) and Zn(II)] complexes with 2,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde-2-picolylamine(BAPA) are synthesized and analyzed based on mass spectra, molar conductivity, FT-IR and UV-Vis spectral data. The complexes are found to be non-electrolytes. From FT-IR data it is evident that the BAPA acts as uni-negative tridentate ligand. Electronic spectral data confers octahedral structure for the complexes. The copper complex is also studied using ESR spectroscopy. The Spin Hamiltonian, orbital reduction and bonding parameters are determined for the complex.

Salicylic acid and vegetative growth of pearl millet

The effect of Salicylic Acid (SA) on the shoot growth (length, fresh weight, diameter, and dry weight) root growth (length, fresh weight, diameter, and dry weight) and foliar growth (plant fresh weight, leaves per plant and leaf area) of bajra plants grown in the drought stressed Telangana State was studied. Telangana State is a semi –arid tropic comprising of saline land black soil wherein the plants usually experience drought and saline stresses.

Serendipity observations on picorna virus: promise of a cure for influenza and corona under the seventeenth law of the universe

Serendipity is known as the way great researches are done. The present methodology involves Solanum xanthocarpum used in natural form to act potentially antiviral. The said biological herb is rich in glycoalkaloids like solasodine, solasonine and solamigrine etc. The active ingredients are present throughout all parts of plant but for convenience sake, accuracy and efficacy, only ripe and near ripe berries are used which are then dried as per the pharmacognosial recommendations, powdered and packed airtight away from moisture, heat or direct sunlight.

Measurement of radon (222rn) emanation coefficient in some building materials and internal hazards associated with exposure of alpha particles

Solid state nuclear track detectors (LR-115, type II) were used to measure the radon (222Rn) emanation coefficient in some building materials and internal hazards associated with exposure of alpha particles in Shahjahanpur District of Uttar Pradesh. For the same measurement, cylindrical can technique was used containing LR-115, type II plastic detector.

Melatonin elicited growth, photosynthesis and antioxidant responses in pea plants: a concentration and mode dependent study

The aim of this study was to dissect the response of melatonin under different mode of application with series of concentrations in pea plants for growth, photosynthesis and antioxidant system. Surface sterilized seeds of Pisum sativum were soaked in deionized water (control), 50, 100, and 200 M of melatonin for 4, 8, and 12 h (shotgun approach). In another mode of application, same concentrations of ML applied through foliage of plants and were allowed to grow for 30 days.
