Culture has a significant role in international relations. The cultural identity, values, and social norms of a country's society can influence its foreign policy, perceptions of other countries, and the way that the country interacts with other countries in the international arena. This study aims to further explore how Indonesia, as a country that has cultural diversity, seeks to carry out cultural diplomacy to increase its soft power in international relations.

El objetivo de esta investigación es, determinar la ori1entación vocacional como factor de influencia en la permanencia y el desempeño académico de estudiantes universitarios, por lo cual el método que se llevó a cabo fue una metodología cuantitativa, Durante el proceso de aplicación se tomó una muestra geográfica en la UJAT dentro de la Licenciatura de Ciencias de la Educación de 60 alumnos, incluyendo a 2 docentes expertos, de los resultados que arroja encontramos quemás del 50% de la muestra conciencia de la importancia que juega la Orientación Vocacional.

Nigeria as a country has six major seaports, many jetties and untapped potential local beaches across her inland water ways. It has been asserted that the cargo throughput plays a significant role in economic development of any nation. This assertion calls for the examination of exchange of goods between Nigeria and her neighboring countries so as to determine the balance of trade. Therefore, this study has been set out to examine the movement pattern of trades along the coaster areas of Oron, Ibaka, Ebughu Esuk Inwang, and Esuk Uyung boat terminals in Awka Ibom State, Nigeria.

The Commitment to effective teaching appears to be low in many of Nigerian Federal Universities (NFUs). That is whyNFUs are being ranked lowly among their counterpart in the world. Previous studies show that the role of managerial leadership, quality of work-life of academic as the constraints to Institutional Goal Attainment (IGA) without considering Leadership Factors (LFs)- Leadership Time Frame (LTF), Leadership Styles (LSs), Leadership Experience (LE). This paper therefore investigated the influence of LFs on IGA in federal universities in southwestern Nigeria.

Purpose: Social Commerce proved to be a boon to Indian local businesses, artisans, woman-led small enterprises and, emerging small brands. The situation arising from the pandemic has paved way for these businesses to make a mark on the consumers and compelled them to buy the products at the price quoted on the sites. The study is all about the willingness of consumers to pay for these novice brands based on their current popularity on social commerce sites. The study will help us know what more can the companies do to receivethe best earnings as well as the right attitude by consumers.

Living educational theory (LET) research provide spracticalenquiries into education in real life contexts. This form of research provides a platform for examining coaching, particularly in the context of students’ perceptions of self, education and the value of coaching. Coaching ispurported to be a powerful developmental tool. Concepts and models of coaching are briefly presented. Thereafter, a description of a pilot study into how student perceptions of self, education and the value of coaching may contribute to engagement with learning is provided.

On the eve of retirement of Chief Justice of India, Justice H.L. Dattu when media person quipped that he was being tipped as the next Chairperson of the National Human Rights Commission, Justice Dattu aptly remarked “Prabhu ki Kripa”. The present work consists of an essay with the objective of discussing the possible applications of the concept of Political Refraction (SANTOS, 2012) to the analysis of Legislation and Educational Policy. To this end, we seek to apply this concept to the analysis of the foundations of the Brazilian legal system (taken in its mediation with Politics) with regard to Educational Legislation.

Semantically, the notions of culture and media remain different. However, they are not antinomic, but rather, complementary in terms of their social functions. In fact, cultures are conveyed by individuals and can only be expressed through them (Abdallah-Pretceille, 2001). That is why it is generally accepted that one cannot claim to know the cultural identity of others without communicating with them, without exchanging, without allowing them to speak, to express themselves as a subject. The media intervenes precisely at this level, to play this important role.
